Service provider Wing “scares” Cambodians to switch to a faster, easier way to pay bills.

To persuade more Cambodians to use Wing to pay their utility bills instead of relying on the numerous other companies offering similar e-payment service.
Strategy
It’s always a nightmare when utility bills are unpaid or even due, and the tedious process to reconnect water, electricity or the Internet can be equally terrifying. Here’s an easier, faster way to get services back online.
Execution
A couple in the midst of their daily chores is “haunted” upon discovering they’ve forgotten to pay their utility bills. They use Wing to pay for their water and electricity and are overjoyed when they are reconnected almost instantly minus the usual service charges.
