Grow online sales for Electrolux's D2C website which was launched in 2021 while maintaining revenue through eCommerce platforms stores on Lazada, Shopee and Tiki.
APPROACH
In order to enhance customer experience on website and improve quality traffic, we advised to restructure the website measurements and concentrate on optimizing purchasing intent through conversion campaigns.
